The Six Zero Coral is a control-oriented 16mm hybrid with a soft response and respectable spin. It will not finish points for you. $200 or $180 with PRH10. If you want the modern Six Zero, Coral Pro Hybrid is the one. This original Coral is the quieter, cheaper sibling.
The Verdict
A quiet control hybrid, and better value now that PRH10 exists.
This was the paddle I wanted to like more than I did at $200. At $180 it makes more sense as a kitchen bat.

How It Plays
Control and spin lead this one.
Against our database
Compared with the 126 paddles we have scored.
On-Court Feel
The soft game is the highlight. Dinks feel plush and resets are easy to guide. Drives still ask you to swing for depth. That is a control paddle doing its job, not a broken power paddle.
Build quality is excellent. The performance ceiling is just lower than Coral Pro foam + DiamondGrit. We were too harsh when there was no code. The shape still is not an attacker.
Performance & Testing
The Six Zero Coral went through our standard on-court protocol - drills, rec play, and at least one tournament match. How it plays reflects consensus feedback from the group, not a single reviewer's opinion.
Grit & Durability
Raw carbon holds up reasonably well. Tight edge guard, comfortable wrap. Six Zero's construction has always been a plus here.
Who It's For
Reset specialists in doubles who lean on placement.
Skip if you are aggressive or want Coral Pro spin. Skip Sapphire. Lightweight Coral if you want this idea with a faster swing.
- you want a steady face on off-center hits: a 6.7 twist weight
- Power or pop comes first for you. The Six Zero Coral 16mm Lightweight is stronger there ($180 with PRH10).
- Spin or forgiveness comes first for you. The Spartus P1 Hybrid is stronger there ($197.99 with PRH).
