On-Court Feel
The Hurache-X Power 2 feels like the Power 2 built for players who want to attack first. The elongated shape helps on serves, counters, overheads, and two-handed backhands, and the HexGrit surface gives you plenty of spin to shape drives. The issue is the paddle doesn't feel as easy or forgiving as the other two shapes. Catch the ball clean and it plays well. Let contact drift toward the edge and the lower 5.9 twist weight shows up more.
Performance & Testing
The 11SIX24 Hurache-X Power 2 went through our standard on-court protocol - drills, rec play, and at least one tournament match. How it plays reflects consensus feedback from the group, not a single reviewer's opinion.
Grit & Durability
Same HexGrit surface and 12-month warranty as the rest of the Power 2 line. That's a real selling point because elongated power paddles depend on spin to keep drives and serves from sailing. The surface story is strong, but the shape asks more from the player. If you don't consistently hit center, the elongated version is less forgiving than the Vapor or Pegasus.
